So here are some points: 1. This is not S class. This is not even A class. This is one of the simplest and easiest possible ways to make a Simplex amu. S class would be quant with double rarity. 2. When you roll for a specific mod you put your item into the stash and search for "quant" and then the item will light up once you hit.

What I level does the base need to be or how do I change the I level of a simplex?

You cannot change the level, 85+ for T1 quant. Buy the correct ilvl

How do you obtain a Simplex amulet base tho? I know its Heist, but what should i focus on doing to get a chance at it? I've never liked it so i'm not very familiar.

Imo buy budget amulet either eye of greatwolf or rare str based one with decent stats. No need to craft.

Im so confused, which ilvl does the amulet need to be? Cause I see 20% quant on ilvl 84 bases, but poedb says ilvl 85 minimum

The 20 quant on 84 is with orb of awakening, I assume so it's 1 try and then hope last mod is good.

You should have just put the amulet in your essence tab with the quality mod typed out in the search bar. That way the amulet is highlighted when the mod hits.

You keep saying you would like to know how likely it is to hit t1 quant with an essence. it takes 10 seconds to check it bruh .... You always get 2suffixes with an essence on simplex, one would be crit multi. and the other one would be random so you just have to sum suffixes weightings (+ shaper ones - crit multi). Suffixes weight (non shaper) - crit multi weight : 121500 - 6000 = 115500 Shaper suffixes weight: 15200 Shaper t1 IIQ weight: 800 So 800/ (115500+15200) = 0.612% to hit t1 quant. 100/0.612=163.4 essences in average. If you want to do video about crafting you should have at least this very basic knowledge about how weighting works.
