IF u swap out volatility with swift affliction and cruelty with dead ailments , i think it will give you much more consistent damage as earthquake is a slow hitting skill. U can also try to roll chilling presence on a cold cluster jewel ( it will chill nearby enemies allowing u replace skitter bots with malevolence maybe?) . I recently made a full build guide for bleed earthquake gladiator, if u check it out it might give u some ideas how to improve further!
