If one were to want to league start elementalist next league what would be a good build to do so to transition into this or is it possible to league start a watered down version?

I think it should be fine to level using Rolling Magma -> Armageddon Brand, just like with DD Ignite, but I haven't tested when exactly the swap can be made yet. I might choose this as my starter in the next league, so I'll test it out at some point.

@@hirahira-game Im not elite player but just looking at even the budget POB the jewels alone seemed expensive, Ralakesh on start is like 20+D isn’t it? And obviously mage blood is like 300-400D? I was looking into it yesterday as I kind of want to try another ignite league starter for next league but I wasn’t sure how gutted DD was.

By making slight adjustments to the setup, it can easily reach up to 28m DPS. For non-Uber content, it consistently reaches the DoT damage cap. Honestly, this is more than enough DPS.

Damage looks insane. Is there a way to cap chaos resist some other way so we can use a silver flask for smoother gameplay? Since progenesis is already being used, i feel like it's a little bit of a waste.

If it is not uber, there is already enough damage, so you can change the boots and rings to rare. With that you can remove the amethyst flask. However, I think this build already have enough defence, so my recommendation would be to change basalt flasks to silver flasks, which is easier.

In that case, you could make either your boots or ring rare and choose mods similar to those on gloves. While DPS will be significantly reduced, we should still be able to maintain DOT cap against non-Uber enemies.

is dot not affected by the 70% less dmg on ubers? cuz that 35m dot cap feels like 200m penance brand

DOT is also affected by the 70% less damage mod. 200m Penance Brand is actually even stronger than DOT since it's 60m DPS after the mod is applied.

Cool, but 2s ignites is a bit clunky i think. I wouldn't use replica emberwake with such a slow weapon.

I agree with your opinion, but it is not really a problem as most enemies can be killed with 1 shot and even bosses with 2 or 3 shots. If you find it unwieldy, you can change to Taming or Circle of Guilt to extend the ignite time to 5s while keeping the DPS above 30m.

I have added a PoB to the overview section that achieves Uber DOT Cap while extending Ignite by 5s, sacrificing a bit of defense instead of using Taming. Thanks for your input on the build!

Only the Skill Gem is replaced, all other settings remain the same.

If you do crafting using a Recombiner yourself, it costs about 300 divines for the budget version of the build, and around 800 divines for the build in the video. I think the cost-effectiveness of this build is quite good.
