I don't know if filterblade supports it yet, but for PoE1 it was very easy, you just needed the sound files. I made my own Hololive one with multiple members.

Nice! Is it possible to increase the volume? with the in game filter alerts volume maxed out it sounds right but then my eardrums get blasted when a waystone drops. Or you could replace the waystone sound as well.

downloading from google drive doesn't make it a file it's just a RAR File

.RAR is a compressed file, like .ZIP - you can use a program like 7Zip or WinRAR to extract it.

That's awesome! Unfortunately it doesn't work for me, maybe I'm doing something wrong. The following is displayed in the game chat: Failed to load item filter. Reason: Line 28 Invalid path to sound file "Biboo got Unique.mp3"

put the mp3s outside the biboo folder, on the same location where the .filter is located
