When you add the add the E String to a power chord rooted on the A string you are adding another 5th to the power chord.

It's a great transcription and very will played. you just need to tune your guitar down to A standard. and move everything up two frets

A Standard would be 7 frets up, not 2. 2 frets up would be D Standard.
