Excellent, touching video. I've seen several Sudek videos, but none as articulate and comprehensive as this one. You also showed a couple of portraits of him I've never seen, including that fabulous last one. Again... touching. Thank you.

Thanks again, you’ve done a great job of displaying Sudek’s compositional artistry. As you point out, his is visual poetry through simplicity.

This is a beautiful, informative, and educational video. But it's a bit deceptive if you don't disclose your use of AI when posting in a public forum, such as the commentary here. That's just my opinion. Cheers

I guess he was deeply traumatized by the two WW… all his pictures have a dark depressing touch….

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts! 😊 I think you’re absolutely right-Josef Sudek’s work does carry a certain moodiness and depth that might reflect the hardships he experienced, especially after the wars. 🌫️📸 His photos often feel quiet and contemplative, almost like visual poetry, which makes them so powerful and emotional. 💔 I really appreciate you taking the time to comment! 💬 Wishing you a wonderful day and a very happy new year! 🎉 Stay tuned for more content coming soon, and feel free to share the channel with anyone who might enjoy or benefit from it. 🙌 Thanks again for your support! 😊

@ Joel Merry Christmas. I gifted your book three times this year. I have no experience how expensive licensing for youtube is. If there is any chance to see more pictures by Ernst Haas. In would love to. I have seen your Ernst Haas Video at least 25 times, and I can’t get enough of his artistic painting stile photos. I also own a few of his photo-books. He was highly creative with the light… for my taste God taught him how to do it - unbelievable heart warming work. We have here several exhibitions in town, also the Helmut Newton foundation. But they never showed the work of Ernst Haas. If this would be the case. I would be there every weekend both days, as long as the exhibition runs. Meanwhile your video work is a nice bridge for learning the feeling part of photography… for me sometimes the most difficult part… feel it. I think this is exactly what Haas did. Its doesn’t need to be a perfect picture as long you translate a feeling to the recipient… thanks for your great work…

Hi there! 😊 Thank you so much for your kind message and for taking the time to share your thoughts! I'm really touched that you gifted my book three times this year-wow, that means a lot to me! 🙏 I completely understand your love for Ernst Haas' work. His photos truly do feel like paintings, and his use of light is nothing short of magical. It’s amazing to hear that you’ve watched the video on him so many times and that it resonates with you. I agree, sometimes photography is less about perfect technicality and more about capturing a feeling-and Haas did that brilliantly. 🎨✨ Regarding more photos of Ernst Haas, I’d love to share more of his work in the future, but as you mentioned, licensing can be a bit tricky and expensive. However, I’ll definitely keep your suggestion in mind, and I hope I can bring more of his inspiring art to the channel when possible. 🤞 It’s fantastic to hear about the exhibitions in your town! If there were ever a show for Haas, I bet it would be incredible. I really hope you get the chance to see his work in person one day. 🖼️ I’m glad my videos help you connect with the emotional side of photography-it’s something I believe is so important, and it’s awesome to know that it’s helping you. I’ll keep working on content that brings out that feeling, and I hope it continues to inspire you! 📸💖 Thank you again for your support, and I hope you have a wonderful day, a very Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year 2025! 🎄🎉 Stay tuned for more content, and feel free to share the videos with anyone who might enjoy them. Take care! 👋 Warmly, Joel Ulises
