I am scottish myself. Our youth programme is completely wrong and our philosophy is so outdated, that is why our national team has been a fail for so long. If Scotland is going to improve it needs to promote talented youth and let them play with natural flair and teach them the correct way too play instead of the punt and chase.

South Africa has a poor FA. There is a lot of corruption but oddly enough we have some of the best talent in Africa and should be competing for CAF Championship with the squad we have. We have a good youth system but the management of the senior side is poor.

Very true I like South Africa and they do have a lot of talent but horrible FA. I do hope to see some African nations go further I felt for Senegal going out on that daft More foul rule to Japan. Cote D'Ivoire have a very good squad as well. Loved the WC in South Africa like to see their national team do well. Def will see more talent coming they Europe. Amazing country, and they really could go through in the African Nations Cup over South Africa because Libya are a tough side to beat. South Africa haven't really participated in an international or continental cup competition since hosting the World Cup in 2010
