I was a long-term wearer of glasses since 2nd grade, then at one point during college my mother bought me a pair of contacts, and even I found them uncomfortable; besides putting them on (which takes minutes because hell they do feel like irritants), I had to constantly blink, and later I found out I can't even "glare" (focus on) since days later I found that out, one of the contacts fell out. Thank God for Lasik.
