What I really like about this was that even though it was a mimicked style, there was enough personal touch to it to the point that you could tell that this wasn't Pogo's song. This definitely was very well done!

I only hope we never forget one thing - it all started with a possum! 😅 I don't know if this Pogo was named after the stick or the possum. Judging by the amount of Disney songs, I'd guess the possum. Walt Kelly, Pogo's artist, worked for Disney for a time. For those unfamiliar with the strip, it's kind of a proto-woke fever dream that follows Disneyesque animals through various trials and triumps in the swamp. Even though it's basically unintelligible today due to Walt's heavy use of dialect, it's worth looking up for the artwork.
