oh for the days of hand drawn Disney films, don't get me wrong the new stuff is good to but there's just something about seeing the outlines and the ever so slight blur that you see when a character moves, as hundreds of illustrated frames come and go, that makes it all the more wondrous. I'd compare it to seeing a Wallace and Gromit film and seeing the animators fingerprints in the clay, it makes me appreciate the work put into making the feature even more.

It's not just being able to see an obvious difference, either; while the looks of modern films are a broad concept made into an image by dozens of hands and many computer programs, classic animators literally sculpted every fine movement of a character's fingertips, every faint shadow, and every inkblot. It was a much more intimate form of animation. If you're interested in that kind of thing, look into the making of Who Framed Roger Rabbit. It's a brilliantly animated film with many fascinating details to the animation process.

Isabella Ananda Kinda of hurts to see that all we can is look back or just watch these movies again to get this feeling. being a kid again in front of the TV or just hear any song or seeing these characters is what helped us grow up had growing up fun. there's nothing that compare to that moment when you first sat down as a child and saw these and it felt that tingly feeling when you first saw the Disney logo or a character or just the way they spoke of their voice. it's heart wrenching but also kind of heartwarming to know that we still have even memories to look back on.

Wow pogo must be talented, look how good songs they are making only from words and then making a melody to it.This must take a long editing

Robin's humming at the intro awoke my childhood memories of watching this movie on the floor Infront of our TV

it just captures robins and marions love so well. it’s so magical but they’ve got so many odds against them. robins gentleness with marion is just so ahhh romantic, and their mutual excitement about it is so sweet

So glad all of these videos are back! I listen to them almost every day and I don’t know how I would have survived without them. Long live Pogo!
