Yeah, he keeps talking about "attack RNG", despite explaining exactly how attacks order themselves. Idiot. There is no attack RNG! Sure, opponents can change the order of their minions, but imperfect information =/= random. But even that doesn't change the fact taunts still get attacked first, still from left to right.

Imagine it as a real-life board game, with your opponent is sat in front of you, where both of you have to attack left to right, each using your minions from left to right. Nothing is random.

The timer includes both the time in the tavern and the time in the battle beforehand. If there are a bunch of summon stuff Deathrattle minions in play, the battle part can take a while, so the timer has to be pretty long to allow for that.
