Beautiful young people I’m watching from New Zealand,but from the island of Rotuma island north of Fiji watched a video of guys preparing a traditional way of underground cooking,in the video they were cooking a pig with bread fruit for a birthday party i think.how the pit was prepared was very much the same in Rotuma .we cook the pig whole but not split like they did.bread fruit is cooked the same way but not the same way of preparation.mashing of the bread fruit is done in a ,either a big pot or a large wooden bowl carved from a part of a log 1mtr long and carve a hole in the middle and then shape it to your liking,love watching this kind of videos,the language is totally different,i kind of trying to catch some of the words,no show, cheers for sharing.enjoyed it God’s blessings to all.
