Yes, we went last summer for a trip to Vancouver and Victoria and we will NEVER go again and spend our money in BC!! Couldn't even walk to restaurants without having to go around or step over drug addicts laid out in entry ways, on street corners right outside hotels, across sidewalks with needles still stuck in their arms!! We visited back in 2012 and it wasn't this bad!! Don't feel safe going anywhere there anymore!! Tourist industry should be putting pressure on the government or face losing tourists!
