How to read F -43m : ☆ F : Face centered ☆ 4 : presence of axis of rotation symmetry of 4 (n= 360/90= 4) bar upper the 4 ( -4 ) means : that axis of rotation of 4 is followed by an inversion , So the bar ( - ) means inversion . ☆ 3 : presence of axis of rotation of 3 ( n= 360/120=3 ) ☆ m : presence of plan mirror

At 20:15 if we draw a line from center , it can divide circle in two equal parts, so it should have reflection symmetry

I dont have any problem to explain in English. But, this is not a recorded lecture for KZbin community. It was recorded while taking live class in my college. In our college, the students usually come from village background so I have to explain them some concepts in local Hindi language.
