"you'll have to learn this lesson on your own" Yeah man. that's a solid portion of life. people come, people go. it never gets easier and never makes any more sense. but like he says, "even if I wanted to I could never give up" and it does so happen that when you "swear you'll never hurt yourself again" you likely will. Just hang in there. learn the lessons on your own, and don't seek help or happiness in other people. learn to depend on yourself, don't feel the need for the proverbial bullet proof vests or guns when they come for you. have faith.

The second transition is at the right "part" of the song, it's just exactly one beat earlier than it should be in Keasby.

Just got home from seeing BOTAR play with an orchestra. Was hoping they would play this but no luck. :( Amazing show though!

Same, was at the same show. So happy with it though

Actually I liked the idea behind the second transition. Making a kind of brass solo was a good impulse, but there's something like a change of tones, which don't really fit. But all in all it's a great, really awesome video.

Fuck yeah. I lost my shit when they played this live. You're my hero for uploading this.

I know, I hate the second transition myself, but I couldn't figure out a way to fix it.

this song sang live warp tour 08 Detroit. different verses combined into one single song was EPIC. sang EVERY WORD lime it was planed and i knew the plan. 2 man MOSH PIT. got the mardi gras beads from the drummer thrown at the end of the show. i love streetlight for life. favorite band of all time. sad they arent planning another album

They played this shit 3 times when I saw em lol That was one of the most fun shows I ever went to. No issues. No Nazis. No fights. Just the smell of bud and beer in the air and dancing with random band nerds (I say that with nothing but live) I'd never met before. The show either right before or after at the same venue was the exact opposite and there were tons of hammer skins there just to start shit cause of the anti racist lineup and mad fights from the start of the night that ended with one of the S.H.A.R.Ps shooting and killing a Nazi in the parking lot next door giving us 1 less fascist but forever fuckin up our ability to hang there before and after shows. Anyway, much appreciate ya recreating this memory of better times, fam. Can't believe I just found it.

@Piccleman if u wanna fix it (i know this vid is 2 years old) all you gotta do is hold out the last note in keasbey for another beat. it gets cut off too quick.

@Glessain1412 жыл бұрын
i think you could smooth out the second transition by letting keasbey go on a bit longer and then switching to counterpoint
@WontBePathetic4ever12 жыл бұрын
