Are civilians allowed to launch there too? I want to try that place but im not a military

you have to have a military ID to get on the base, so I don't think civilians would be allowed... even if I didn't launch from there, I would always stop by there to fish it and they would ask me for my ID from the dock.

Spotted bay bass always seemed to fight harder than sand or calicos. Beautifully rugged fish.
