Consumption from grid is huge when "gen port" is set to micro inverter connection. 1kWh every day. Firmware is ignoring the grid setpoint, which is set at 000W

I have the exact same problem on Deye 5kw hybrid. Wrote the manufacturer about that, they said they'll try and look into that. In the meantime I found a workaround by using Home Assistant to switch Deye from "Zero export to CT" to "Selling first", wait 5 seconds and then switch back to "Zero export". The script is doing it every 1 minute. It seems to work for me, at least for now. If they'll fix it I'll let you know.

Thanks, I have seen the same problem when enabling battery. Buying anda selling Up to 90w all the time.

Make no sense, if there is no Micro-Inverter on gen port, to activate this function

It is to show that the software error becomes visible when the gen port is set to microinv input. And I deliberately didn't plug in any micros because Deye told me there were some issues with enphase. So they couldn't use that as an excuse again. (I have Deye and APS micro inverters)

WHAT do you not understand? Where did I say that it is only activating the port and not connecting any micro inverter. Please stop defending the brand Deye. It is full of bugs!!!!!! Grid consumption is always, even with 700W coming in on the micro inverter input and 3kW on the MPPT for charging the battery and feeding the house.

By the way, after one week you still did not prove that Firmware 6024 is on your inverter. And still you say your inverter is working without any problems with this firmware that is only for testing and only in one inverter at Deye's factory and in mine inverter!

@@stoomheier okay, that was not clear in the video because the is no power on MI. The software for the single phase is buggy, i don't mind an say anything other

@@stoomheier I said that it is not MY inverter, but one of a customer. I have more than 100 pieces among customers. but almost everything 3 phase. may I not ask a question? I just want to understand the videos and offer help if necessary
