Points of Connection, Federació Catalana d'Autisme (Spain)

[CAT] Aquest vídeo forma part d'una campanya de sensibilització en diferents països, tots ells integrants del projecte 'Points of Connection'. Com a part d'aquest projecte, es va dur a terme una recerca mitjançant una mesura inclusiva de Qualitat de Vida, en Martí Gruas ens explica les conclusions de l'estudi que van elaborar a través d'un qüestionari dirigit a persones amb autisme d'entre 18 i 25 anys.
Points of Connection és un projecte finançat pel programa Erasmus+ de la Unió Europea i liderat per Prisms Malta, que executa el projecte juntament amb la Federació Catalana d’Autisme, Fundacja Imago (Polònia), Autism Europe (Bèlgica), Psychosocial Organisation (Grècia), Associação Portuguesa Voz Do Autista (Portugal) i Commission for the Rights of Persones with Disability (Malta).
L’objectiu principal d’aquest projecte és contribuir a fer que la societat sigui més amigable amb les persones joves amb autisme. Cada partner ha creat un grup de treball format per joves amb autisme que treballa en totes les fases del projecte, el qual consta de diverses branques que comprenen un seguit d’accions iniciades al 2023 i que seguiran tenint lloc fins al març del 2026.

This video is part of an awareness campaign in different countries, all of which are part of the 'Points of Connection' project. As part of this project, research was conducted using an inclusive Quality of Life measure, in which Martí Gruas explains the conclusions of the study carried out through a survey targeting catalan autistic individuals aged 18 to 25.
Points of Connection is a project funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union and led by Prisms Malta, in collaboration with the Federació Catalana d’Autisme, Fundacja Imago (Poland), Autism Europe (Belgium), Psychosocial Organisation (Greece), Associação Portuguesa Voz Do Autista (Portugal), and the Commission for the Rights of Persons with Disability (Malta).
The main goal of this project is to contribute to making society more inclusive and friendly for young autistic people. Each partner has created a working group made up of autistic youth, who are involved in all phases of the project. The initiative consists of several branches with a series of actions that started in 2023 and will continue until March 2026.
