Maybe set Toxic Spikes, Court Change to your side, then hold Loaded Dice? Rest of the team can be ungrounded/Steel mons or a Guts user like Ursaluna (who can also hold another item besides Flame Orb like Leftovers to alleviate the poison damage.)

Theres a way to fix that Draco. Put NG as your main ability and give the item ability shield. His two other abilities wont be disabled

Another Draco Menace classic. Next one! Try Tropius if you haven't already. I remember it being great in this OM. Chlorophyll + Harvest + Solar Power is quite powerful. Also it being resistant to common rain spam is just the cherry on top!
