Killer shad! While my old pump didn't have enough umph, I did find a new one strong enough to run the dazzle line in a fluid bed! It was time to replace it anyway, so win-win :)!

Thanks Shawn!!! This is new so I haven't used it yet either. I'm thinking clear to lightly stained water. I'm thinking water with 1' to 1.5' visibility and sunny skies would be a good situation to use this one.

I've basically learned how to tie jigs from watching your videos over the years. Also slowly going broke from buying all the new colors of paint and silicone that you're using lately, but the jigs look so good I just have to tie them. I would like to know what your opinion is of using wire weed guards instead of fiber weed guards. I pour about half of the jigs I make with wire weed guards and am just wondering what your thoughts are pro or con.

Thank you for the kind words Alan!!! I'm sorry about the hit on your wallet but I know your pain!! I like wire weed guards on smaller jigs that I'm fishing around rocks. The wire tends to grab weeds while fiber weed guards tend to shed weeds a lot better. I know it depends on the types of weeds you're fishing around. I like fiber guards any time I'm around weeds and wood. I like the wire guards around rock.

That is a classy looking jig. Fish can't pass that one up. As far as swim jigs go do you like to fish the Poison Tail jig over the Hybrid Grass Jig? I'm trying to decide which mold to buy since I don't have a swim jig mold. Thanks.
