Its the one where ash gets trapped in an ice cave and all his pokemon try keeping him warm even if it meant harm to themselves. It was a brilliant episode. Chickorita comes in johto, not kanto.

My favorite episode is Episode 48, Holy Matrimony! You get to look inside the life James, one of the best characters in the anime. You get to learn about his Southern parents, who are forcing a marriage on their only son to Jessibelle. Jessibelle meanwhile, is a controlling little witch who wants to change James into a gentleman. And you get to see his Growlithe! James would be so much better with his Growlithe. It's one of the funniest episodes as well.

My favorite episode from the first season would have to be the one with the Digletts. Not just because of the Diglett's "song" but because that was the episode when Team Rocket evolved Koffing and Ekans. Plus it also showed that Pokemon could think for themselves and decide what was wrong even if their trainers were telling them to do it. Also, I had a VHS of that episode when I was 7 and I'd watch it over and over. Lol

Of the few episodes I've seen in Japanese, my favourite is Electric Showdown! Kuchiba Gym (otherwise known as Electric Shock Showdown). My favourite dubbed episodes (after taking into account anything I've heard about the dub's screwups) would be the last couple episodes of the Team Galactic arc, The Needs of the Three and The Battle Finale of Legend. My favourite dubbed Kanto episode would be Ash Catches a Pokemon.

if you've watched the first season of the pokemon cartoon, Ash does not evolve bulbasaur or squirtle, he only evolves charmander

I just recorded this part of my Ash Grey LP yesterday, but whats really annoying is i only have 7 parts up on my channel so far and 20 parts backed up lol. also to get inside the mansion aka the gym you need to stand behind one of the statues and press the b button. took me a while to figure it out and i was just pressing all different buttons and it opened.

I found a spot in the safaree zone thats giveing nothing but kangaskhan! when you get to the part when you see the group of them, in the grass to the left you will see a black spot with grass of three sides and a bush on the 4th by spining in place in the grass square on the left side of the blank spot i have seen at least 12 kangaskhan in a row so far!
