Could you help me understand how you see the stock of the items on the pokemon center? Ive heard in the past it has to do with the inspect element function but im not entirely sure.

No inspect element, he's using another application which is using SQL injection to query how much is in stock or able to be put into cart and it just reports it back onto a readable sheet

Last year TPCI sent all local stores that have a Pokémon league a box of product to raffle/give away on Pokemon day. Among the products were lost origin PC ETBs. So they could have allocated some of the Astral radiance PC ETBs to Pokemon day giveaways.
