You know, regarding your own headquarters, secret bases WERE introduced in Hoenn... Maybe a revisit, focusing on contests for recruitment, with the end goal of getting the Glass Ornament for your secret base (and making the best base for Team Sky of course!). Its even a Pidgeot statue, so its clearly meant to be!
