Since they are asking for people with a pulse they want people who are still physically warm. It could also be a joke about Arizona being hot but I assumed the former. Hope this helps!

38:37 I'm pretty sure this has been explicitly talked about in another video, but you can see here that instead of the regular snow/hail there's "diamond dust". On certain dates the overworld snow is replaced with this, which removes the hail from the Red battle. This removes chip and perfectly accurate Blizzards, so it's a really useful strategy that requires some niche game knowledge! Always cool to see in HGSS runs!

I been watching this guy for a while and he never misses the mark, the comedy the intensity just phenomenal. I love pokemon games and love nuzlocking myself and one really challeninging nuzlock that i cant seem to complete is the Wally Nuzlocke on ORAS.
