Honestly, if this Rom Hack taught me anything, is that I wasn't the only one who loved that Hypno The simple fact that they subdly built up to him like some sort of villain and gave him a scripted encounter akin to an event Pokémon really set him aside as sort of his own character, similarly to Cubone's mother.
