The thing about rotations is that they usually rotate all the sets before the set the came out for the video game. Examples: XY base and onward (X,Y) and Primal Clash and onward (omega ruby/alpha sapphire) so I'm not sure. Breakthrough and onward would make sense because it was the set that came out with breaks but I feel like it might be sun and moon onward.

Breakthrough will be standard still fam. edit: Hoopa won't be that big of a loss because SM3 will be out by then most likely, which means alot of gx's.

fatmemerino I am almost guaranteed that hoopa will stay in standard because of the promo in the tin. I do agree though that. reakthrough will be the oldest set after rotation

But if they make roaring skies expanded that means Vs seeker will be as well, same with trainers mail. The last time they reprinted trainers mail was as a secret rare in Ancient Origins. So that way you'll need to find another way to make it a lot more consistent.

So about that darkrai, fake packs you probably already know do have texture less full arts with shine. But now some that produce fake packs are now card scanning or card copying so the back looks legit. Not saying that couldn't happen with a real pack.
