I work in print, chances are the umbreon was printed in a higher volume per sheet. There would have been like 10 of them and 3 rayquaza and 5 leafeon. His full sheet idea is nice but highly unlikely

Whats odd is that they shouldnt have all been on the same sheet like that and even if they were its more odd that THOSE three wouldve been all side by side to one another. I know it seems they may fall in line but the odds of it being off the same sheet is very slim. You could argue it both ways but to throw it out there we all know just how bad quality is with EN cards, especially with cuts.
