Munchlax is assigned to two random honey trees out of all of them, that are calculated based on the digits of your trainer ID. There is a known calculation, so you can find out which trees are 'munchlax trees' at the start, but even then, it's a 1% chance. Without knowing which trees have munchlax, it's basically unattainable.

It's incredibly difficult to the point where I'm fudging the encounters a bit like allowing myself a Zangoose and Teddiursa (if I were using real hardware, and had the correct GBA games to insert, it would be legal in my book) and coding in an encounter for Glameow on 218 since it's available in one Sinnoh game but not Platinum for some reason.
