To everyone who bought it, I severely hope you enjoy your adventure through Galar but realize that everyone who’s upset with the game doesn’t WANT to be. Literally none of us want to be disappointed and even if it came out the same way but GameFreak came up with an honest “we messed up the engine, we’re trying to meet the deadline, sorry” then we’d all understand but they’ve been super wry about the whole thing that it’s got so many upset. Again, not trying to “ruin anyone’s enjoyments of the game” but still, just know that actually nobody is having a good time being disgruntled.

Reminder that Pokemon Sword and Shield did in fact just import all the models from Sun and Moon, meaning they purposely cut pokemon so as to not do any hard work. Also had less content than Sun and Moon before DLC. Also ran worst than Breath of the Wild, a game that came 2 years before. Also still uses the same animations for attacks as the handheld games. But congrats on enjoying a bad game. You really showed us!!!

Daniel Gross i wasnt a fan of the visuals model-wise not animation-wise. Didn’t particularly like the story. Some of the characters were cool but thought the climax was just meh. Also, it took a long time to de-shadow the pokemon and they had a really not good move (shadow rush) until they were not shadow.

Despite all the hate, I'm really enjoying this game more than I thought. I won the Sword version off a streamer and I have enjoyed every minute of it! This was the first time I've actually taken the time to try out a mainline Pokemon game, as I've mostly played a very small percentage of the spin-offs.

They’re working with an entirely different beast from 3DS hardware, and this is what they give? I know this game has had controversy but I'm honestly really looking forward to playing to. I'm so happy that they kept wild pokemon running all over area that was probably my favourite thing about let's go. Of course the customisation looks fun. The whole camp and curry yes please I love it already. The graphics looks pretty cool. I actually can't wait to play it.
