O Lobinho Encapuzado hidden power and return being deleted is odd, possibly for balance purposes in the competitive scene because those are two very powerful moves. As for moves like bubble being cut who cares? They’re just your weak route 1 moves that you delete later on and most Pokémon in the dex learned water gun or water pulse instead as their early water move, so no reason to keep bubble.

Togepi and other Pokémon can learn life dew, Bewear and a lot of other Pokémon can learn Body press and Clanging scales is another signature move for Komoo-o. End of story. Study your Galarian Pokémon.

When I play these games, I always gravitate towards the Fire Type starter Pokémon. Charmander, Torchic, Cyndaquyl (can never spell it's name right,) Chimcharr, Tepig, Fenniken, Litten, and Scorbunny. Charizard forever, though. None of the other starters even come close to Charizard.
