@parkerswoodthe reason it’s not?…it’s because you can’t guarantee heads. You can have 6 energy on Celebi and only get 2 heads (which could be bad in a lot of situations). And getting at least one head is already lucky enough lol Pikachu is consistent with the dmg, Celebi is a 50/50. Still scary regardless but I’m sure Celebi will be top tier nonetheless. Not better than Pikachu though

@@theadmiral4157honestly depends on who gets turn 2. If you get serperior built up soon enough with Celebi you can slap for a potential of 200 damage by turn 6. It’s busted
