Poke Crystal: Battle Tower LVL 70

Great videos! I've recently started back playing Crystal again but have had no luck in the battle tower no matter what combination of pokemon I use, or what level I try I have no success. Do you have any tips? Are vitamins a must prior to leveling the pokemon up? I don't really understand the best way to train pokemon to max out stats. Always my pokemon have less stats than the crazy op pokemon of the battle tower. Every time I go to attack, the opposing pokemon attack twice before I manage to land 1 attack move. WTF am I doing wrong? Lmao

Best way you can get the most out of a pokemon's stats is to jack it up on all vitamins at the very beginning and then level it up. Also try to breed the best egg moves possible and use best tm moves as well to cover many type bases to give you the edge in battle. There are also some useful strats you could use on smogon for each pokemon if you are unsure.
