i think Weezing played a big role here with it's Neutralizing Gas Ability...isn't it....

Yeah, weezing cancels anything that can hinder the moves the mons use, for example, Water Spout vs Seismitoad doesn't work vs Driftveil, with Reactive Gas it just sweeps well

each gym leader has 5 diffrent teams, which one you get is random

I've tried this gym run and max I do is 32. There's always something that fucks the strat, mostly the sinnoh elect. gym and his Lanturn with Water Absorb (btw its HA hasn't been released into the game), Pryce and his Tentacruel, and Iris and her Lapras. How many gyms you do on average? And I'm curious to know what you do in these previous cases

@eliudac6490 For the electric gym in Sinnoh, you should give Togekiss X-Special using Blastoise turn and attacking with Hyper Voice turn 1. When Pryce is going to use Tentacruel I think he uses Glalie turn 1, in which case you swap Garchomp out and sacrifice Vanilluxe to Weezing's explosion. Then you use Garchomp + Typhlosion turn 2 to get rid of Tentacruel and Weavile. And for Iris, if the Eruption + Blizzard doesn't kill Lapras and it ends up fainting your Typhlosion then you should use Garchomp from turn 2 and onwards I'm pretty sure all of these variants are explained in the gym run doc. I'm doing 36 gyms consistently.

Do your lead pokemon outspeed all the the gym leader's in this strategy? If so, how is that possible?

Blastoise and Vanilluxe carry choice scarf which gives them higher speed than most the gym leaders. Typhlosion and Garchomp are naturally fast.

Amazing amazing work this is man, wow, I managed to hit 28 gyms using your guide while my max was at 20 before. Thanks again for sharing this guide with all. But I must say in your no item guide you say to use Rain Dance into Water Spout + Hyper Voice for this Sootopolis gym vs Gyarados, does this mean I have to replace stealth rock with rain dance for Garchomp?

I think they updated during the weekend. I'm probably going to have to share my own version since the reason they removed stealth rock is because they're not doing the ghost gyms anymore while I still do. In my version, stealth rock is still needed.
