About 5:24, Jigglypuff was a Normal type Pokémon until Gen 6 when the Fairy type was introduced then it became a Normal/Fairy type. The Fairy type didn’t exist in Gen 5 which is why Jigglypuff was affected by Roar Of Time

Take it to the Moor of Icirrus along with the other "three musketeers" (Cobalion, Terrakion, and Virizion), and the three will teach Keldeo the move. You'll get a story with it too. :)

it's called signature move. "specialty move" refers to the mve a pokemon is known for using. lucario is known for using aura sphere. pikachu is known for using thunderbolt,not its evolutionary line's signature move,volt tackle. kyogre is knoown for using sheer cold,groudon for fissure.

What LikeADerp said, and also those moves are only 30% accurate, and many non-legendary Pokemon can learn them. Though really, Sheer Cold should be the god of all Pokemon attacks, as Articuno can use Mind Reader to ensure its success.

Because the Pokemon with those moves are hard to obtain in the game, and I didn't feel like hacking them in. In Smeargle's case, Lugia and Ho-oh can't even learn their specialty moves in Crystal, which is even dumber.

Update: There seem to be some working 3DS emulators out there now, meaning if I can just dump the rom of my X or Alpha Sapphire game (and Moon when that comes out), I can update the showcase all the way up to the 7th gen! (Plus I'm gonna need to do this anyway for an upcoming Let's Play of a different 3DS game.) Better than shelling out $400 for a 3DS capture card, 'cause ain't nobody got money fo dat.
