Ash would never lose to Goh, considering he has much, MUCH more experience. So his Pokémon should actually be higher in level. Also, if you're going to let Goh have legendaries, at least let Ash have his Mega Lucario. Also, in the anime, Ash would be more strategic and use combo-moves to beat Goh easily.
