Nah they'd either pass through them or consider them dead ends, you don't need to pass through the caves to find the regis so unless they directly contribute to a path to a gym or e4 you wouldn't see them, and even then I think they'd only have to unlock it once to have free passage the rest of time so I doubt you'd see a seed where the relicanth/wailord set-up would be necessary. Have seen smant pop into random underwater caves in other randomizers though not sure on this one, pretty sure the game just treats the player as if were already diving 👍

VID IDEA Imagine this but 1. Randomize EVERYTHING (include types, levels, stats, abilities, player difficulty, catch rate, no. of mons per enemy, tm learning, EVERYTHING.) 2. Know Gym Locations ahead of time so its a race to find the first gym and then find routes to the gym. So instead of looking for the gyms, ur looking for the routes to the gyms. 3.Allow teleport for them strats. 4. Some else typa fun twist. 5.
