Pokemon BW - Fusion Flare and Fusion Bolt Powered-UP!!

READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE POSTING COMMENT QUESTIONS!!!
Alright guys as you know i've made a video, showing all of the Legendary Signature Moves + Pikachu, Smeargle and Zoroark.However,Reshiram and Zekrom's Signature Moves, well ONE of them are Fusion Flare and Fusion Bolt.So you know they are just attacks,however,no.
Fusion Flare's animation changes after Reshiram is hit by Zekrom's Fusion Bolt and it's power is doubled.
When Zekrom is hit by Reshiram's Fusion Flare,the animation of Fusion Bolt changes and then the power is doubled.
However,this only lasts AFTER the previous attack.In order to activate the Powered-up forms of the attacks one of the users has to either attack the other,or use it's attack in a double or triple battle BEFORE the powered-up attacks can appear.
So for example Zekrom is faster than Reshiram.So i command Zekrom to use Fusion Bolt.On the next turn i command Reshiram to use Fusion Flare and it will be in it's powered,up form,but it has to be EXACTLY after Fusion Bolt.The same thing goes for backwards.
Differences with the new attacks:
Fusion Flare: After Reshiram generates the Fireball in the air it will be bigger,at higher distance from the ground and it will send out a HUUGE pulse of fire energy and then when it crushes down on the target it will do ALOT bigger explosion and the camera will zoom out more.
Fusion Bolt: After Zekrom turns into a blue ball of thunder,he will fly WAAAY higher than the regular Fusion Bolt and then the ball will release a HUUUGE pulse of electric blue energy,and same as Reshiram's Fusion Flare,it will land on the target with a direct crush-down, without doing the slow spinning
movements.And the explosion will be bigger and it will zoom out the camera more than usual.
