The Pokémon Evolutionaries We have seen only 4, two of which are japanese equivalent of theme decks. There are at least 2-4 more in the set, and promo Golduck and Luxray coming. Don't cross the bridge till you come to it.

The Weather Trio cards are not secret rares (and I know people will argue) because on the cards it says 96/98, 97/98, and 98/98. The elite trainer box may count them as secret rares but that might be a mistake. A mistake on a set list is much more likely then a mistake on cards themselves. And even if the card numbers are misprinted, what are the other three cards that are supposed to be 96, 97, and 98? Just needed to let that out lol.

Yea there are two sides to the story so like you said, there isn't an official announcement on whether or not they are secret rare so until they clear it up, if they ever do, we are kinda left in the dark picking sides.
