I didn’t see any of the Kyoto Pikachu in the vid, were they not there?

They had rotated out the local celebration Pikachu for awhile to support the My Pikachu campaign. Tokyo Station just brought back their train conductor Pika, so I anticipate more variants coming back to other Centers with time as well.
