You can get quite far, but probably difficult to get the exact same thing. Gradient fills for shapes are not possible for instance

howw did you add all the pics?

Do you mean the pokemon pics? If yes, the column should be a web url of the image, ex. _mysampleimages.com_/image.png, and tag the column type as URL in your data. When you add the field in the table visual, it will automatically show the actual image. Hope that helps.
