Dj Teliz they simply don’t lol. The only way you could say the music is better is because of nostalgia but music from Gen3 and onwards was when they really started to pick it up

@@EndriJ99 yeah, no. Sorry. Music from more recent generations is generally only "better" in the sense that it uses actual instrument sounds as opposed to 8-bit beeps. There are a few exceptions (Cynthia's theme, obviously, and N's battle theme come to mind), but for the most part the first generation's music is more masterfully constructed.

This isn't a ROM hack... ...yet. I'm sure eventually someone will complete one that replaces Kanto with Sinnoh on Pokemon Red.

I could... I wouldn't have the time for it, though. If you're interested in making a ROM hack of Red yourself, look up the "pokered" disassembly on Github. It's a bit troublesome to download, but the game is entirely coded in easy to understand ASM (assembly code).
