@@yuanliangrong There is no setting in the Pokemon Universal Randomizer to up Shiny Odds I have played a _lot_ of randomized Pokemon, and can tell you that, beyond a shadow of a doubt, every single Shiny was full odds

Pretty sure most mods have slightly better shiny odds when being altered. Some randomizers default you to 0.5% chance of a shiny

I think I know which randomizer Cliff has used for this one. It's the one with funny pre-set trainer names and it's Emerald-only. That's why trainers have such funny names as "Vest Vyer" or "Topless Tool", or *"Land Hippie Grunt"* :D
