Dorian Vanden Eynde Yes but mega venasaur is also poison meaning psychic is an issue. That makes a raw grass with thick fat 20% more effective!

Ok, but sceptile with thick fat would be incredible! Resistance to fire and ice attacks. That makes him only weak to bug, poison, and flying.

@@aegis2907 Well they have Leech Seed, Strength Sap and Spore, three of the most annoying moves to deal with (I won't count the powder moves, they have low accuracy, and for the reason below.) Also Grass type is immune to powder moves, and has super strong attacks for both physical and special attackers (Physical: Leaf Blade, Wood Hammer, Seed Bomb, Power Whip, Horn Leech, Solar Blade. Special: Giga Drain, Solar Beam, Petal Dance, Leaf Storm, Energy Ball. I won't count signature moves, those tend to be strong most of the time anyway.) Compare all those choices for attacks for Grass types (you want power without any risks? Leaf Blade. You don't mind recoil? Wood Hammer. You don't mind shaky accuracy? Power Whip. And so on.) with Fairy type's choices for physical attacks. I'll give you a hint... there is only one. And it has 90% accuracy. The sole reason why I dread playing with physical Fairy types.

Wait. Clamperl doesn't evolve by level up at level 30, it evolves by trade with one of two items.. The randomizer even changes even that?!

Yes, you can turn various options on to make levelling and evolving easier (for trade evolution or high level evolution). This resolutes into smoother gameplay.

it was a bug in gen three where if a pokémon evolved into a pokémon with a gender ratio, it could change gender! this actually happens in the base game with azural with 75% chance to be female, it then had a 25% chance to change into a male upon evolution :)

Eggs give the pre evolution of your pokemon. If your pokemon is a Nidoking and the randomizer made it's evolution line weedle- Ivysaur -venomoth- Nidoking then you'd normally get a weedle (yes, 4 pokemon in my example because I had a pokemon that evolved 4 times if I remember correctly from one of my randomized roms) I don't know if the randomizer might make a line "mewtwo-charmander-beedrill" in which you can get the unevolvable first pokemon because in nuzlockes breeding isn't done

@@DaBox_ If I understand right (which I might not), a randomizer's evolution can go on forever if you keep getting not-fully-evolved Pokémon out of it and ends upon getting any final stage. And no, original commenter, because of the catching rules in nuzlockes, you're not allowed to breed unless you choose to forgo playing in a nuzlocke style.
