@@ThePokemonfan1993​​⁠ I share some of the top commenter’s skepticism. Even if this person’s team were EV trained, had the right natures, etc. he swept through those battles with NFE Pokemon WAY too easily. Like there’s no way their Misdreavus could outspeed a Mega Gengar of all things even with a Choice Scarf. Nor could their Scraggy tank a Hammer Arm from a Regirock. Unless this rom introduced some sort of new held item that works like the Eviolite but raises the attack stats of the Pokémon if it can still evolve. Something just isn’t adding up.

@Laserbeak316 Mega Gengars speed is 296 Misdrevous timid with full EVs in speed in 295 That is without the scarf which gives an an extra 148 speed There is also a possibility that it was modest with a scarf which still makes it faster This is assuming the hack gives Gengar a neutral nature and no EVs in speed but even with 394 speed modest or timid Gengar still can't outspeed a scarf Misdrevous As for Scrafty I am unsure

@@ThePokemonfan1993 well it being EV trained with the right nature and Choice Scarf certainly explains how it outsped a Mega Gengar. Though the Scraggy tanking a Hammer Arm still feels odd (especially when Regirock’s Clear Body prevented its attack from being lowered by Scraggy’s Intimidate). Whoever developed this Rom certainly did a lousy job at making the game challenging if players can just steamroll through it with EV trained NFE Pokemon.

AI has bad IVs in this game so they're slow asf
