My little brother caught gyarados in our living room last night... Of course I wasn't home but that little bastard didn't even have on incense or anything!! I can't even catch a fucking pidgey in my house and this little punk just has a fucking gyarados randomly spawn on the couch while he's watching television.... Needless to say I'm furious. Why is it that I spend hours upon hours a day wandering the streets like a lunatic trying to be the very best that no one ever was and can only manage to find Pokemon that I already have..? Why is it that even though I'm on level 21 and he's only on level 10, he still finds a fucking gyarados before me???? HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE!! power up your lapras, you might as well since it is your highest cp pokemon. You are unlikely to ind another + you can't evolve so powering it up will make it even stronger. There is also the fact that as you level up you can power up a pokemon even more meaning you could keep on powering it up for a long time.

Yes but he already has loads of lapras candies. It is just down to whether or not he wants to use the stardust. But since he isn't using it on anything else he might as well use some of it on his highest cp pokemon.
