Pokemon GSC - Trainer Battle Remix

I don't think I've EVER done this song? Which is pretty funny considering I've made pokemon remixes for like a decade at least. Anyway, this one's pretty simple, but I hope you like it all the same. Also, this must be a throwback to MANY people with this kind of video lol
As you can tell, I've slowed down. Quite a lot. When you do the same thing for 10 years, you kinda just get tired of the same old routine. Make a remix, hope it does well, rinse and repeat weekly for years, and you're bound to be sick of it. So over the last couple of years, I kinda just chilled out on the frequent uploads and did my own thing. I'm writing my own story with my own characters and universe, I'm making original music, I'm doing livestreams on twitch occasionally, kinda just doing what I feel like doing. I'm kinda ready to get back on the grind and make things people enjoy again though, so I guess if you have any suggestions OF FRANCHISES I ACTUALLY KNOW!!! Feel free to post them in the comments. I'm practically bone dry on ideas now lol

huuuuuuge nostalgia from this, both from the video itself-- that bassline synth is such a throwback-- and the fact that soul silver was my first pokemon game! i love johto, and i love this remix! it's intense in all the right ways, and so very *you*. as for remix ideas... maybe the pokepark games? i know you've only played the first one, but the second one's ost gets me and i think you'll like it once you play. or, you could do pmd:super or deltarune? ur sonic remixes are always on point too

Great work as always, Kamex! The rhythmic additions you'd made to this song, I feel, really added to the fast paced and exciting tone of the original, and adds to it a greater intensity. As if the stakes have increased to the point where even a simple pokemon battle has become a lot more dangerous. So, needless to say, this was great to hear. WOW it's been a hot while since you did something like this, indeed. I still listen to some of the old pokemon remixes sometimes, and this one will make a fine addition to the playlist! It goes pretty hard in the latter half. Also, since you're asking, perhaps something new could be in order? I'm not sure of what franchises you know or don't, but I believe your style of remixing would go well with the Terraria Calamity soundtrack for example. Throwing in some anime remixes could help as well with the feeling of stagnation, perhaps. You could also always just jump to another Nintendo game like Zelda or Kirby. And if everything else fails, there's the Undertale Yellow soundtrack that maybe can ride the experience you already have in that field

I don't know if Undertale Yellow is on your radar, but if it is, you should definitely play it. It's just more Undertale, which is the best thing I can say about it. It also has great music if you're looking for inspiration to make music. Keep up the great work!
