Here is an idea for a challenge soul silver with only the ace pokemon of Gym leaders including kanto and lets say it can either be their normal team ace or the rematch ace Falkner: Pidgeotto or Pidgeot Bugsy: Scyther or Scizor Whitney: Miltank Morty: Gengar Chuck: Poliwrath Jasmine: Steelix Pryce: Piloswine or Mamoswine Clair: Kingdra or Dragonite Surge: Electabuzz or Raichu Sabrina: Alakazam Erika: Bellossom or Tangrowth Misty: Starmie Janine: Venomoth Brock: Kabutops or (since Onix is technically needed for steelix it would go to second strongest being Rampardos) Blaine: Rapidash or Magmortar Blue: (seeing that his ace is pidgeot I say either Gyrados or the next strongest being Rhydon or arcanine or if using rematch Rhyperior or Tyranitar)

With this episodelocke, I got an idea. It’s not really episode connected but character connected because of another comment. Why not try doing a sword/shield run using the aces from Ash’s companions? Like Brock’s Steelix (because of your hate for Onix lol) Misty’s Gyarados Tracy’s Scyther May’s Blaziken Since Piplup isn’t in SwSh, maybe Dawn’s Mamoswine or Togekiss Same with Braixen, use Sylveon for Serena etc etc P.S. I chose SwSh because of the amount of Pokemon in that game P.P.S. Amazing video as always

Maybe even a nuzlocke with only forced encounter-pokemon, like pidgey on the first 2 patches of grass in X/Y, legendaries(excluding them if you want to), Red gyarados(since it has to be encountered to progress in the story)

HH and SS are easy because of the level scaling? Bro the awful level scaling is probably the only major thing wrong with these games. Like there is SO much grinding that you have to do.
