I randomized everything in Pokemon Legends Arceus and attempted a hardcore nuzlocke. This is my first time hardcore nuzlocking Pokemon Legends Arceus let alone just regular nuzlocking Pokemon Legends Arceus. These hardcore challenges of Pokemon are incredibly fun especially when it is a randomized hardcore nuzlocke. Really can't get enough of these hardcore pokemon challenges especially hardcore nuzlockes.

@@chaosboy0069 They're all canines. Different types of dogs, though Espeon is mostly based off of the mythilogical creature the carbuncle which is a forest critter, which gives it a different look, it's still a dog.

@@megaman37456to be honest, idk why they call what happens evolution as it is just an offspring devoloping into an adult. Since pokemon like charizard can produce egs with charmanders in that means they are the parents, not an evolved form. Yes some do look like they evolved (dragonair gaining legs, wings and hands is a bit far fetched for development) but unless you follow an older and untrue version of evolution (can't remember the guy's name but he though evolution happened in an animal's lifetime, not millions of years) then it's not evolution, just development. Also the bug types like weedle and wurmple that become bees and moths respectively are forms of metamorphosis not evolution so whilst eevee could feasibly decome different it wouldn't change species. Side note: I know this is a game, it's not real life but still, it doesn't make sense. Offspring do not evolve into their parents, they develop into them with slight variations which is rarely seen in the pokemon games except for a few pokemon that are e.g spinda.

hardcore PLA nuzlocke is probably being super hard because your best source of grit items (the replacement for EVs AND IVs) is releasing a bunch of caught pokemon at once, so limiting how many pokemon you can catch basically locks you out of the only way to train your pokemon beyond leveling them unless you go out of your way to take on as many Alphas as possible, but that'll quickly overlevel your pokemon too. Since you couldn't do the equivalent of EV training, that's why every opponent started outspeeding and taking multiple turns against you.

I beat him, not via nuzlocking ofc, I destroyed his team and then heal stalled giratina out of phantom forces as it kept killing my stronger pokemon and the move cloaked it making me miss often..all it took was an insanely bulky vaporeon which a nature that I think buffs it's defense? It's other moves did little damage to my team as they weren't effective

yeah, I think that was the first time I seriously grit trained my Pokémon and actually planed out a move pool to counter him. I even came in with a level 90 alpha Blissey to wall him. Still took every Pokémon in my team to take Volo down. It was kinda poetic that my last Pokémon alive was my starter Decidueye and he was the one to land the last blow.
