Usually pokemon game development starts at least a year before it even gets revealed. It's impossible for Legends Z-A to not have at least something or else they will quite literally have to push the deadline by another year at least

0:38 This is a really stupid argument from Khu. Many games dont just reveal everything the moment they're announced. As seen from games like DB Sparking Zero and Sonic Frontiers. Gamefreak is actually trying to put out something fresh after the whole Palworld situation, so it's most likely that Gamefreak wants Legends ZA to be in a playable state before they show off anything.

The only explanation is that, for the sake of time, it kind of feels like they could potentially return to a 2D style for this game. It’s been 2 years since the release of Arceus, the game trailer was released this year, and it isn’t going to be released until 2025. If what is being said is true, than I imagine that they are doing some more things to quickly get the game out, and releasing a 3D game might be too risky.

I've played Palworld and I can confirm that it gets boring and TOTK is miles better. First, when a character rides a Pal, their legs look stiff and motionless. And you have to make a saddle in order to ride a Pal, but it doesn't wear it when you ride it? However, in Tears, when Link rides a horse, bear or deer you can see his legs bounce up and down. Also, when you register a wild horse, you see it wearing equipment. When you soothe your horse, it doesn't make a weird face as if you just did some dirty things with it (I'm talking about your beloved Pal, Chillet which tbh I find freaking Depresso is better than). Yeah, small details like this is why Zelda Tears of the Kingdom outsold Pokèmon and Palworld combined😅
