Everything is on fire!! I’m so mad at myself. I had an extra eevee and I wanted to sell it so I can put the money towards a chase card ( chase cost didn’t change) and I ended up selling it way too early. I knew it would rise due to prismatic hype. I have a clean copy in my binder and the one I sold was extra but still. I did make the right move on a lot of playable cards that tanked after I sold them. I also made phenomenal gains with the raging bolt, gardevoir, and the ceruledge. I got the raging bolt for 60, gardevoir 40 and ceruledge 14. Your market meetings help me stay up to date and to continuously update my eBay page.

Na I actually get more messages about Friday benefiting people more. So many messages saying thank God you covered this i almost bought a card at my local store for $200 but got it for $170 because it went down in price. Every single Friday I get a few messages like that. Over 35 messages about the bubble mew being priced at 300 at their local card shops and now going for 260 so they could actually barter and get it cheaper. Also just wait. Falling fridays are gonna be super busy as soon as the market cools off

@Pibs2525 in my opinion, yes and no. Greninja is loved by the community and was the big chase card from Scarlett/Violet era before surging sparks. I feel like the Hype for the Greninja will make this an expensive set in the future just like how people chase The Gengar Vmax and Giratina from Lost origin. The only thing that scares me is the rest of the illustration rares aren't that desireable. The Eevees are cool, but adults don't love Ogerpon and that's half of the other chase cards

I have 3 surging sparks boxes sealed a 151 upc sealed and i got 3 prismatic etbs on the way from my lgs pre ordered at msrp... They have a box of xy evolutions id like to grab to hold my question is it worth it to get rid of 3 boxes of surging and 151 upc..the xy box is 930 after tax which is under tcg by around 100$ and i would have about 200 left over to buy more prismatic on release day at around 80 a etb thank you for the content sorry for the long comment.

I got about 23 PSA graded cards and most are Japanese 151 and they all graded a 10 but I’m trying to figure out whether to sell now or hold for longer term because I feel like they’re just going to continue to reprint 151 to the ground in Japanese and it is also very easy to get PSA 10s in Japanese. Should I hold or sell to realize some type of gains?

Your money would be better spent buying the booster box from Walmart for $155 If you want to do a SV ETB go with paldea evolved @$40 But imo save the capital for other things like blooming waters 151, Prismatic ETBs, CZ Bundles/Sea & sky & pokemon center exclusive etbs not named shrouded fable. LO etb is specifically good rn cuz the bb is over $10 a pack.

Just a comment to your "Buying Drowzee on TCG pretty much guarantees you won't get a 10," I bought 5 from TCG and 3 of them got a 10 and 2 of them got 9. I feel like the quality is higher nowadays because people are opening and sleeving immediately to resell. People grading is lagging behind rip&ships and buying sealed, so I think people are selling their singles to fund opening more on rip & ships or buying more sealed. Sure, maybe I got lucky but just saying I believe buying now is a little safer because of the way the market is being handled.
